Free Delivery Eligibility
Orders over $120 (after discounts or coupons) qualify for free delivery. This applies to online delivery orders only and excludes any freight, installation charges, bulky, and clearance items. Products must be eligible for delivery to metro, regional, or remote areas, and all criteria must be met for the offer to apply. Free shipping may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
What's Excluded?
Free delivery does not apply to bulky items, clearance products, or Gift Cards. Bulky items are defined by our courier partners based on weight or cubic volume and will have additional freight costs calculated at checkout. The offer also excludes Click & Collect orders.

Free 30 Day Returns
You can return items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal. For online orders over 22kg or 105cm, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1300 880 764 to arrange a courier pickup.
