Oil plays a vital role in keeping your outboard running stronger for longer so regularly servicing your boat’s outboard is crucial to ensure your next adventure goes swimmingly. The right oil will reduce friction and dissipate heat to ensure your engine runs cooler, cleaner and wears slower. Make sure you are servicing your boat according to the owner manual (generally every 50-100 hours) to ensure you reduce the likelihood of your engine seizing, stalling or melting.

Which oil is right for your boat can depend on a few different factors from climate, hours used and age of the vehicle. For this reason BCF stocks many different oils, including 2 stroke and 4 stroke in many different quantities and viscosities.
