What is Click & Collect?
Our Click & Collect service allows you to purchase online and pick up your order from your local BCF store (subject to stock availability). Simply add your items to the shopping cart and select ‘Pickup in-store’. The shopping cart will check for available stock and show on screen ‘All Products Available’. If your chosen store is currently out of stock you will be given a list of alternate stores or if you prefer you will have the option to change your order to Home Delivery.
Within 1 business hour of placing your order you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. We will confirm that your order has been processed and is ready for collection. If there are any issues throughout the process our team will be in contact to discuss your order, alternatively you can contact our Customer Care Centre.
Once you have received an order confirmation make your way into your BCF store with your order confirmation in hand. We will have your items packed and ready to go. Please note that the store will hold your order for a period of 14 days. If, on the 15th day your order has not been collected and there has been no communication from you, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If an error has been made while ordering or your circumstances change please contact our Customer Care Centre, and our friendly team will assist in modifying or cancelling your order. Alternatively if you wish to contact your chosen Click & Collect store directly they will be able to assist in your enquiry, view our store locator for the store contact details.
When contacting the Customer Care Centre or your chosen store, please ensure you quote your order reference number. Your order reference number can be found within the order confirmation sent to you via email after placing your order (ie. 0000012345).
What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?
For most orders, you only need to bring one item with you when collecting your Click & Collect order:
- Order confirmation (either digital or printed)
Note: For all bulky item orders, please bring a friend to assist you. For safety reasons, our store team are unable to help load bulky items into cars. For items labelled 18+, please bring proof of ID.
When will my order be ready?
Your order will be ready for collection in 1 hour, you beauty! After your order has been placed you will receive an email or SMS (depending on what you selected as preferred contact) confirming your order is ready for collection, along with the store details. The confirmation alert is sent to you when the order has been processed in full; therefore visiting the store prior to receiving the alert may result in your items not being ready.
Can someone else collect my order?
If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need a copy of the order confirmation email or SMS.

Product Availability
Our Click & Collect service is available in all BCF stores across the country (subject to stock availability). Some products online may be limited to Home Delivery only; you will be advised on the product page and at the checkout if your chosen items are not available for Click & Collect.
