Wanderer Camp and Beach Seating – 5 Year Warranty for Club Members
SRG Leisure Retail Pty Ltd A.C.N. 110 667 411 trading as BCF – Boating, Camping, Fishing of 6 Coulthards Avenue, Strathpine QLD, 4500 Australia, 1300 880 764 (within Australia), and ccc@superretailgroup.com (BCF) offers exclusively to its Club Members, a Five Year Manufactures’ Warranty for Manufacturing Defects (Warranty) on the WANDERER CAMPING & OUTDOOR branded range of camp and beach chairs, lounges, and stools (each a (Product) and collective, (Products) purchased by its Club Members from 1 September 2022 (who presented their club card or confirm their membership credentials at the time of purchase). This Warranty is for five (5) years from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) and does not limit or replace the consumer guarantees under law. BCF will replace, repair or refund (at its discretion) the Product, if the Product has been assessed and determined by BCF to have a Manufacturing Defect that occurred during the Warranty Period, subject to the following terms:
- Club Members means a member of Club BCF who’s membership has been activated. Club BCF’s terms and conditions apply.
- Manufacturing Defects means any defect that departs from the Product’s intended design and specification due to defective materials (poles, zippers, buckles, fabrics, etc) or caused by workmanship (seams, construction, etc.), but a manufacturing defect excludes any damage caused by general Wear and Tear, and Other Causes.
- Wear and Tear means any damage that occurs as a result of ordinary use. Moving parts will wear out and fabrics/parts will deteriorate, fade, and degrade over time.
- Other Causes means any accidents (fire/lost/stolen), condensation, improper care or cleaning, commercial usage, incorrect set up, damage caused by dragging or animals, or use other than in accordance with the product manual/guide.
- This Warranty does not cover damage caused by Wear and Tear and Other Causes.
- The Product must be purchased from a BCF store and must be returned to a BCF store for evaluation by BCF for the Warranty to apply.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
