Changed your mind? No worries, BCF offers free 30 Day Returns on most products. Simply return the item instore or online in as-new condition and with proof of purchase. Some exclusions apply, including selected hygiene, food, personalised items and gift cards.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or not fit for purpose, we'll work with you to provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Online orders can be returned to any BCF store or via the Australian Post Returns Portal (if items are under 22kg and 105cm).
