Price Match Guarantee

Found the same product cheaper somewhere else in Australia? If it's identical to one we stock - same brand, model, and colour and the competitor (with an ABN) has it available to buy and in-stock for delivery or same-day pickup, we'll match their final price. That includes GST, shipping, and any extra charges. Excludes gift cards, trade quotes, clearance lines, commercial quantities, and marketplace sellers.

To price match in-store, simply show our team the lower price (including freight) and we'll match it on the spot.

To price match online, please follow the below steps:

1. Add the relevant product you'd like to price match to your cart and ensure you are logged in.
2. If you aren't a member you can sign up now for free.
3. Have the URL handy for both the BCF product & the one you'd like to price match.
4. From the Customer Help page, select the Chat Option to connect to one of our friendly Customer Care Agents who will be able to assist.
5. Follow the prompts in chat for Price Match; you will be asked for your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the links mentioned in Step 3.
6. You will be connected to one of our friendly customer care team.
7. Our customer care team will review the information you've given. If it meets the criteria and you've logged in as per Step 1, the customer care team member will be able to manually adjust the price in your cart.
