Lightweight Aluminium
The flat aluminium surface keeps the peel lightweight and easy to manoeuvre around your pizza oven! It’s designed to make prepping, launching, turning and retrieving your pizza feel simple and controlled.Perforated Surface
Perforations across the peel help shake away excess flour before your pizza hits the oven while also allowing steam to escape! That helps reduce excess flour underneath the base and supports a crispier finish.Tapered Edge
The tapered edge is designed to slide cleanly underneath your pizza base. It makes getting under the pizza easier when launching, turning or retrieving it from the oven.Heat-Resistant Handle
A reinforced nylon handle provides heat resistance and a comfortable grip while you work! It gives you added control when the oven is fired up and you’re moving pizzas in and out.Ooni Compatibility
