Ooni 12in Bamboo Peel & Serving Board

From launching your pizza to slicing it up for the crew, the Ooni 12in Bamboo Peel & Serving Board is made to handle the lot! It’s a handy two-in-one addition to the pizza setup, whether you’re cooking in the backyard or firing up the oven at camp.

Bamboo Construction

The lightweight bamboo design gives you a smooth surface for prepping and launching pizza while still being tough enough for outdoor cooking! Its low-maintenance, moisture-resistant finish keeps it practical for regular pizza nights.

Tapered Edge

The tapered edge helps the board slide underneath your pizza more easily when it’s time to launch. It gives you a cleaner transition from prep bench to oven without making the job harder than it needs to be.

Smooth Surface

The smooth bamboo surface helps reduce dough sticking during pizza prep! That makes it easier to get your pizza moving when it’s time to slide it into the oven.

Serve and Slice

Once the cooking’s done, the same board can go straight into serving duty. Use it for slicing and sharing your pizza, keeping the whole setup simple from dough to dinner.

12in Pizza Size

The board is sized for 12in pizzas, making it a neat fit for smaller pizza setups! It gives you plenty of room to prep, launch and serve without unnecessary bulk.

Ooni Compatibility

The Ooni 12in Bamboo Peel & Serving Board is compatible with every Ooni pizza oven. It’s backed by a 5-year warranty when registered with Ooni within 60 days of purchase.
