If you are after a lure to target fish species like coral trout, mackerel, tuna, kingfish, flathead, tailor, salmon, barra, mangrove jacks, cod, trevally and fingermark, then the 8.9cm 24A Bomber is one you should have. The 10.6-gram minnow hard-body lure will dive to a depth of 10-12 feet when casting, and 15-20 feet when trolling, making it a very versatile lure in estuaries north and north, plus in close off-shore coral reefs and bommies.
The sleek lines of the Bomber 89 will enable it to glide through the water effortlessly, while at the same time giving off vibrations with the wobble of the body. This will entice those hungry fish to come out and eat it.
While casting and retrieving, you should try working the lure at different speeds until you find the correct one that will have the fish grabbing the lure. When trolling, every now and then snap the rod forward. This will speed up and then slow down the action.
