We know you love getting outdoors as much as we do and hope you’ve had a chance to use your new gear! At BCF we love hearing what you think about our products through our online product ratings and reviews. This is a great way to share your experiences and provide others with information to help them choose the gear they want and need.
It’s easy to Rate and Review a product, just follow the below steps.
If you’ve received an email asking if you’d like to review the product
- Click on the link in the email
- Rate and review the product
If you don’t have an email link
- Locate the product you would like to review
- Click on the ‘Write a Review’ link on the product page, under the Reviews heading
- Rate and review the product
- You will receive an email to confirm your review submission
When writing your review, please follow these simple guidelines:
- Tell us what you liked or disliked? We want your honest feedback about the product
- Focus on the product itself and its specific features as well as your experience
- Think about what you would have liked to have known before purchasing the product
- Can the product be improved in any way?
- Be helpful and share authentic feedback for others to read
We appreciate the time taken to post a review. Moderation of reviews take place to check for obscenities & profanity and can take up to 72 hours to appear.
If you wish to provide feedback on services, pricing or your order experience please submit these in your Post Purchase Review (this will be emailed directly to you within 10 days of your order being processed), or you can contact our Customer Care Centre
