You can adjust it with the Weber Connect® digital LCD controller on the side, or use the app on your phone to monitor how your slow cook’s going while you’re out.
The Smoque is all about making smoking simple and stress-free. It has a huge two-tier cooking area so you can load it up with brisket, ribs, or a whole chook and still have plenty of room to spare, and the SmoqueVent™ system circulates smoke evenly for that perfect rich flavour and browning.
