What’s not covered?
General wear and tear, age-related material breakdown, DIY mods, and damage from incorrect use, storage, or accidents. Basically, if the issue’s outside of how the product was designed to be used, it won’t be covered.
How to make a claim
All warranty claims need to be assessed in person, and the gear must be clean. You can drop your Macpac item into any BCF or Macpac store, or send it directly to the repairs team:

BCF partner with Australia Post and trusted couriers to get your online order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Orders are generally dispatched from our Australian Distribution Centres or store network within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Orders over $120 (after discounts or coupons) qualify for free delivery. This applies to online delivery orders only and excludes any freight, installation charges, bulky, and clearance items. You can return or exchange items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal. For online orders over 22kg or 105cm, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1300 880 764 to arrange a courier pickup.
