The Garmin GT17M-THF 0-degree CHIRP transducer delivers powerful, high-definition sonar performance in a streamlined, flush-mounted design. Featuring a 1 kW mid-band CHIRP range from 80-165 kHz, it clearly defines fish targets, bottom contours and underwater structure across a wide range of depths. With maximum freshwater depth capability of up to 2,400 feet, it’s well suited to offshore fishing and deeper inland waters.
The 0-degree tilt version is ideal for flat or low-deadrise hulls, ensuring optimal alignment and clean sonar returns. Beamwidths between 9 and 18 degrees allow for both focused detail and wider coverage, while fast-response temperature sensing adds valuable real-time data. Garmin’s Auto-ID functionality enables simple plug-and-play installation, and the supplied mounting hardware ensures a secure, flush finish below the hull.
