In addition to this, the wall thickness and internal cross member framing in the DR has been increased to withstand additional abuse by deep-water species like pike or barramundi.
The ballast system houses oversized bearings and a magnetised carriage to “seat” all three bearings during the retrieve. Once released, the ballast is channelled to the rear of the lure to ensure long casts. The acoustics resonate at two different pitch frequencies, resulting in an advanced jerkbait with a unique sound.
