This Christmas period, you can return items at any of our 165+ BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for orders placed between 1 November to 26 December. Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal.
