The Daiwa Saltist MQ Spinning Reel is better prepared for the trials of Aussie saltwater fishing than ever before. The brand new Monocoque (MQ) single piece body improves the strength and water resistance of the reel, giving less openings for grime and water to get inside. It also provides more room for the larger drive gear, giving you more stopping power for hard fighting Aussie fish.
The tubular hollow air bail gives you better line management and line flow back to the roller, meaning you can get great performance out of it even under windy conditions. The full series of models has something for every part of the country - whether you're looking for a compact spinning reel for estuaries and rivers, or a heavy tackle spinning reel for reef species and pelagics.
