Care Instructions
- After saltwater use, gently rinse with fresh water (do not submerge or pressure-wash).
- Wipe dry with a soft cloth and allow to fully air-dry before storing.
- Back the drag off after use to protect the drag washers.
- Apply a small drop of reel oil to external moving points (bail/handle pivots) as needed.
- Store in a cool, dry place and book periodic servicing through an authorised service centre.

You can return or exchange items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal. For online orders over 22kg or 105cm, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1300 880 764 to arrange a courier pickup.
