- Rinse with warm water after each use
- Wash with mild dish soap and a bottle brush for best results
- Remove straw lid and clean all parts separately
- Use a straw cleaner to keep the inside of the straw fresh
- Dishwasher safe (top rack recommended for lid components)
- Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals
- Let all parts air dry completely before reassembling
- Store with lid off to prevent moisture build-up

You can return items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal. For online orders over 22kg or 105cm, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1300 880 764 to arrange a courier pickup.
