Orders over $120 (after discounts or coupons) qualify for free delivery. This applies to online delivery orders only and excludes any freight, installation charges, bulky, and clearance items. What's Excluded?

You can return or exchange items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal. For online orders over 22kg or 105cm, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1300 880 764 to arrange a courier pickup.
