Care Instructions

- Avoid standing or jumping on the chair, as this may damage the frame, fabric, or joints.
- Keep the chair away from open flames, campfires, heaters, and other high heat sources.
- Clean the frame and fabric regularly using mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth or sponge.
- Allow the chair to dry completely before folding and storing to help prevent mould, mildew, and corrosion.
- Remove dirt, sand, salt, and debris from moving parts and hinges after use, especially following beach or coastal trips.
- If exposed to saltwater, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and allow to dry before storage.
- Inspect the frame, fabric, stitching, and joints regularly for signs of wear or damage before each use.
- Store the chair in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight when not in use.
- Prolonged exposure to UV rays and harsh weather conditions may cause fading and reduce the lifespan of the fabric.
- Use the supplied carry bag, where included, to protect the chair during transport and storage.
- Do not drag the chair across rough surfaces, as this may damage the fabric and frame.

BCF partner with Australia Post and trusted couriers to get your online order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Orders are generally dispatched from our Australian Distribution Centres or store network within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays. If no one is home, eligible parcels will be left in a safe place.

Free Delivery Eligibility
Orders over $120 (after discounts or coupons) qualify for free delivery. This applies to online delivery orders only and excludes any freight, installation charges, bulky, and clearance items. Products must be eligible for delivery to metro, regional, or remote areas, and all criteria must be met for the offer to apply. Free shipping may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
What's Excluded?
Free delivery does not apply to bulky items, clearance products, or Gift Cards. Bulky items are defined by our courier partners based on weight or cubic volume and will have additional freight costs calculated at checkout. The offer also excludes Click & Collect orders.

You can return items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal. For online orders over 22kg or 105cm, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1300 880 764 to arrange a courier pickup.
