You will require 4 x AA batteries (3 for the display and turntable, 1 for the electric ignitor). Batteries are not included.
Care and Maintenance
External Cleaning
- Before cleaning the exterior, make sure the appliance has cooled completely and is safe to touch.
- Painted and plastic surfaces can be cleaned with a mild household detergent or cleaner and a clean cloth. Do not use scourers or harsh detergents.
- It is a good idea to test any cleaner on a small section of the appliance first. Never use paint thinners or similar solvents for cleaning, and never pour cold water over hot surfaces.
- Dry all exterior surfaces thoroughly after cleaning.
Internal Cleaning
- >Before cleaning the internal parts, make sure the appliance has cooled completely and is safe to touch.
- The inside of the appliance can be cleaned using water, a mild detergent and a sponge or mild scouring pad.
- For hard-to-clean areas, use a small amount of baking soda on a wet sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Pizza Stone Care
- The cordierite pizza stone is designed for use in the Everdure Kiln only.
- Only use water to clean the pizza stone. Do not submerge it in water, and do not use soap, as this can leave residue in the pores of the stone.
- Handle the pizza stone with care, as it is fragile and may break if bumped or dropped.
- Take extra care when handling the stone after cooking, as it can retain heat for many hours.
- Do not cool the pizza stone with water while it is still hot, as this may cause cracking or damage.
- After cleaning with water, make sure the pizza stone is thoroughly dry before using it again.
- When transporting the appliance, use the 3 silicon pizza stone protectors to help keep the stone secure. Ensure the stone has cooled completely before fitting the protectors.
LCD Display Care
- Do not use soapy liquids to clean the display contacts or screen.
- Wipe the screen glass with a clean cloth or soft rag. Do not use abrasive materials or cleaning solvents.
Maintenance Checks
- Regularly inspect all gas hose and line connections for damage, cuts or cracks before each use of the appliance.
- Carry out a leak test with soapy water before first use and at least once a year. Always perform a leak check when replacing the gas cylinder or bottle.
- Check the burners regularly for insect debris from spiders, ants or similar pests. If any signs are present, clean the burners before operation.

You can return items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal. For online orders over 22kg or 105cm, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1300 880 764 to arrange a courier pickup.
