This Christmas period, you can return items at any of our 165+ BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for orders placed between 1 November to 26 December. Under Australian Consumer Law, there is no set time limit for returning items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal.
