Measurement Guide
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape under your arms and level across your shoulder blades.
Waist
Find your natural waistline and measure around it. Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it tight.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually around 18–23cm below your waist. Make sure the tape stays level all the way around.
Sleeve
Bend your arm and place your hand on your hip. Start at the centre back of your neck, measure across your shoulder to your elbow, then continue down to your wrist.

You can return items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal. For online orders over 22kg or 105cm, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1300 880 764 to arrange a courier pickup.
