Measurement Guide
Neck
Wrap the tape measure around the middle of your neck. Leave enough room to comfortably fit a finger or two between the tape and your neck.
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape under your arms and level all the way around.
Waist
Find your natural waistline and measure around it. Keep the tape snug, but not tight.
Sleeve
Bend your arm and place your hand on your hip. Start at the centre back of your neck, measure across your shoulder to your elbow, then continue down to your wrist.

You can return items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal. For online orders over 22kg or 105cm, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1300 880 764 to arrange a courier pickup.
