Availability​

Online exclusive products are primarily available for purchase through the BCF website. These products are generally not available in most stores; however, stock may be available in limited quantities at select stores across Australia. Some online exclusive products are solely available online for home delivery and not stocked in any stores.​

Delivery

Online exclusive products are available for purchase online for home delivery and are not eligible for Click & Collect. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $120 to Metro and Regional areas only (excludes bulky items). Delivery times may vary based on location. Returns

Online exclusive products are covered by BCF’s Returns Policy and can be returned either in-store or via post. Free return shipping is available for eligible items under 22kg and 105cm in length. Additional fees may apply for larger or bulky items. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.​
