Price Match Guarantee
What is price match guarantee?
If you find an identical product at a lower price (including GST, delivery and all other charges) sold by an Australian based competitor (with an ABN) that's available for purchase and in-stock for delivery or same-day collection, we will match it. This excludes gift cards, trade quotes, clearance items, commercial quantities, and product sold through marketplace.
What products qualify?
Your product needs to be identical to our stocked item including: matching brand, model number and colour in order to be eligible. The matched price needs to apply to the competitor's final price, including freight, taxes and other additional charges, in AUD$. The item must be in-stock for delivery or same-day collection.
How do I price match in-store?
Simply show the lower price, including any freight or other charges, to our BCF Experts in-store and we'll price match it. That's our promise to you!
How do I price match online?

- Add the relevant product you'd like to price match to your cart and ensure you are logged in. If you aren't a member you can sign up now.
- Have the URL handy for both the BCF product & the one you'd like to price match.
- Select the Chat option below to connect to one of our friendly Customer Care Agents who will be able to assist.
- Follow the prompts in chat for Price Match, you will be asked for your first and last name, email address, phone number and the links mentioned in Step 2.
- You will be connected to one of our friendly customer care team.
- Our customer care team will review the information you've given. If it meets the criteria and you've logged in as per Step 1 the customer care team member will be able to manually adjust the price in your cart.
