Portable Battery Power Calculator

How many hours per day will my battery be able to run for until it needs to be recharged?
(e.g. 180 watts)
(e.g. 2.5 hours)
(e.g. 12V)
You can find this in your battery's user manual.
Most batteries cannot be run down to 0. We suggest running an AGM battery down to no further than 50% and a lithium battery down to no further than 20%.

Portable batteries are legendary when it comes to powering or charging your appliances and devices while on the go. With heaps of different sizes and types, they are ideal for the avid camper or tourer. But, as the age old question goes, how long can your battery run for before it needs some serious charging? To lend a helping hand, the BCFing experts have created a you-beaut calculator to make figuring this out a whole lot easier.

Before using this calculator, you'll need to work out and have handy the total number of watts needed to power your devices, how many hours you plan to run them for each day, the battery voltage of your devices, plus the battery power of your battery.
