You can return items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal.
