Been a proud owner for the last couple of years of a Spirit 2 bbq. Have done a lot of roasts on it it works so well with the slow heat.
Also lots a grilling of veggies. Have the bbq setup with 1 grate and the deep grilling pan for the other half. Works well heats evenly and reacts quickly to changes in the regulator.
By far the best bbq I have ever owned.
