Built Tough For The Elements
The 2.5-layer, 100% nylon ripstop fabric is made to handle scrub, pack straps and rough Aussie tracks. It’s seam sealed and abrasion resistant, so it shrugs off showers, wind and day‑to‑day wear when you’re out chasing adventure.Serious Wet-Weather Protection
A DWR finish teams up with a YKK AquaGuard® front zip to help keep the rain on the outside where it belongs. The visor hood gives you extra face coverage so you can keep moving when the weather turns properly sideways.Dialled-In Fit And Comfort
Adjustable hood, hem and cuffs let you cinch everything in when the wind picks up, or loosen it off when you’re powering up a hill. The regular fit works well over a fleece or mid-layer, so you’re sorted from drizzly autumn days to cooler winter missions.Packs Down For Roam-Ready Carry
The whole jacket packs into its left pocket, making it a ripper option to stash in your daypack, glovebox or carry-on. Zipped side pockets keep your phone, keys and snacks handy, without worrying they’ll bounce out on the trail.BCF’s got you covered nationwide with a huge network of stores and convenient Click & Collect or home delivery options.

Macpac Repair Service
What is our Macpac Repair Service about?
Macpac gear is built tough and tested in New Zealand’s wildest conditions—made to go the distance, time and time again. That’s why every product is backed by Macpac’s legendary warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
If something’s gone wrong with your Macpac gear due to a manufacturing fault or material defect, Macpac will sort it. Whether it’s a full replacement or a free repair, the crew will assess it and let you know the best fix. For minor issues, Macpac may opt to repair the item first before offering a replacement.
Macpac’s all about keeping gear in use for as long as possible. They’ll do what they can to get your trusty kit back in action and keep you adventuring for years to come.
What’s not covered?
General wear and tear, age-related material breakdown, DIY mods, and damage from incorrect use, storage, or accidents. Basically, if the issue’s outside of how the product was designed to be used, it won’t be covered.
How to make a claim
All warranty claims need to be assessed in person, and the gear must be clean. You can drop your Macpac item into any BCF or Macpac store, or send it directly to the repairs team:
