With underfoot cushioning for added comfort and a seamless toe design, you’ll be blister-free and ready to push on. The elasticated arch support keeps them snug and secure, while the ribbed top ensures they stay put - no slipping, no bunching, no worries.

What’s not covered?

General wear and tear, age-related material breakdown, DIY mods, and damage from incorrect use, storage, or accidents. Basically, if the issue’s outside of how the product was designed to be used, it won’t be covered.

How to make a claim

All warranty claims need to be assessed in person, and the gear must be clean. You can drop your Macpac item into any BCF or Macpac store, or send it directly to the repairs team:
