- Wipe down the interior and exterior with a damp cloth after each use
- Use mild soap and warm water for a deeper clean when needed
- Avoid using bleach, harsh detergents or abrasive cleaning tools
- Allow the lunch bag to air dry completely before storing
- Leave the bag open while drying to prevent moisture build-up and odours
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry
- Keep the magnetic closure clean and free from debris for proper sealing
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to maintain material performance

BCF partner with Australia Post and trusted couriers to get your online order delivered to you as quickly as possible. Orders are generally dispatched from our Australian Distribution Centres or store network within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Express post and on-demand deliveries are available on non-bulky items to most metro areas. All delivery options available for your basket will be shown in the cart.
Free Delivery Eligibility
Orders over $120 (after discounts or coupons) qualify for free delivery. This applies to online delivery orders only and excludes any freight, installation charges, bulky, and clearance items. Products must be eligible for delivery to metro, regional, or remote areas, and all criteria must be met for the offer to apply. Free shipping may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
What's Excluded?
Free delivery does not apply to bulky items, clearance products, or Gift Cards. Bulky items are defined by our courier partners based on weight or cubic volume and will have additional freight costs calculated at checkout. The offer also excludes Click & Collect orders.

Free 30 Day Returns
You can return items at any of our 165 BCF store locations. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns for faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Online orders can also be returned by post, with free returns available for items up to 22kg or 105cm through our easy-to-use returns portal. For online orders over 22kg or 105cm, please contact our Customer Care Centre on 1300 880 764 to arrange a courier pickup.
