How can I pay with a Gift Card online?

BCF.com.au accepts BCF Gift Cards and Supergift Cards. Simply choose Gift Card as your payment method during checkout. You will need to enter the full Gift Card number and Gift Card PIN (printed on the card).

You can use a Gift Card to pay for a portion of, or your entire online order purchase amount.

A maximum of three (3) Gift Cards can be used per transaction. For all promotional Gift Cards from Great Northern’s Greatest Catch promotion, a maximum limit of one (1) Gift Card can be used per transaction.

To redeem more than 3 Gift Cards you will need to split your order over multiple transactions, alternatively you can contact us on 1300 880 764 so our friendly customer care team can combine multiple Gift Cards on to one gift card.

Can I pay in-store with a Gift Card?

You can use as many Gift Cards as you wish in-store to complete your transaction. Please produce your original Gift Card/s at the time of transaction.

Why is my Gift Card not working in cart?

If you have entered your Gift Card at checkout and then proceeded to continue shopping online you may experience an issue with your funds being immediately available to use due to a pre-authorisation. Please allow up to 15 minutes for your Gift Card funds to automatically become available for use. If the issue persists you can contact our Customer Care Team on 1300 880 764.
