Macpac Repair Service
What is our Macpac Repair Service about?
Macpac gear is built tough and tested in New Zealand’s wildest conditions—made to go the distance, time and time again. That’s why every product is backed by Macpac’s legendary warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
If something’s gone wrong with your Macpac gear due to a manufacturing fault or material defect, Macpac will sort it. Whether it’s a full replacement or a free repair, the crew will assess it and let you know the best fix. For minor issues, Macpac may opt to repair the item first before offering a replacement.
Macpac’s all about keeping gear in use for as long as possible. They’ll do what they can to get your trusty kit back in action and keep you adventuring for years to come.
What’s not covered?
General wear and tear, age-related material breakdown, DIY mods, and damage from incorrect use, storage, or accidents. Basically, if the issue’s outside of how the product was designed to be used, it won’t be covered.
How to make a claim
All warranty claims need to be assessed in person, and the gear must be clean. You can drop your Macpac item into any BCF or Macpac store, or send it directly to the repairs team:
