It's made using 600 loft RDS down and a matte outer fabric, with an oversized hood and seamless baffles for a clean, stylish look. Discreet domes hide the two-way front zip and hand pockets and the hood is also removable for a more casual look. All Macpac Down is 100% RDS Certified. The Responsible Down Standard (RDS) is an independent, voluntary global standard in the ethical sourcing of down and feathers — it’s a standard that recognises and supports best practices in animal welfare across textile supply chains.

What’s not covered?

General wear and tear, age-related material breakdown, DIY mods, and damage from incorrect use, storage, or accidents. Basically, if the issue’s outside of how the product was designed to be used, it won’t be covered.

How to make a claim

All warranty claims need to be assessed in person, and the gear must be clean. You can drop your Macpac item into any BCF or Macpac store, or send it directly to the repairs team:
