The Responsible Down Standard (RDS) is an independent, voluntary global standard in the ethical sourcing of down and feathers. It recognises best practices in animal welfare across textile supply chains.

This jacket features two hand pockets to keep your hands toasty warm and your valuables safe, and an elastic-bound hem and cuffs to keep the dreaded wind chill out. Travelling with minimal space? What’s not covered?

General wear and tear, age-related material breakdown, DIY mods, and damage from incorrect use, storage, or accidents. Basically, if the issue’s outside of how the product was designed to be used, it won’t be covered.

How to make a claim

All warranty claims need to be assessed in person, and the gear must be clean. You can drop your Macpac item into any BCF or Macpac store, or send it directly to the repairs team:
