Very poor.

Very poor. Steering wheel was NOT checked before being placed into a plastic bag then being mailed out. It was missing the central cover plastic plate that covers view of the locking nut once installed. I've been offered a full, or $20.00 refund because, as advised the other 4 that BCF have in stock also are missing the part. It was obviously sent out knowing that the part was missing. Very poor customer service in this regard.

No, I do not recommend this product.
