Poor man’s Stella?

Best budget fishing reel if if you’re after something with tough drag and waterproof body. For me I own a Stella SW 6000 and the previous model of spheros 10000, which I think the size 10000 is over killed for what I normally fishing for like tailors, breams, salmons, bonitos and occasionally kingies and jewies on land based where jetties and harbours located. I chose the size 6000 because it’s just right, not too big that I can hold it for a long time if fishing of the rocks. Anything bigger is a cast and place it on rod holder and I find it too bulky for the type of fishing I normally enjoy. Compared to the Stella? Well… it’s a whole different level when comparing 5 to 15 ball bearings… you probably know the answer. However the looks it’s almost the same, best looking reel I think it’s just stylish and classy. It has improved a lot from the previous generation in terms of appearances but the performance is almost the same it’s really smooth. What I found is my old spheros 10000 (still going strong) has deeper clicking drag sound that is the best thing I found. The new 6000 model doesn’t sound that great, it’s good enough just to meet the standard. Anyways, it’s good reel and it’s a perfect outfit when matching BCF exclusive spheros rod, looks so nice and feels very satisfying just by holding it.
