Alright when I chose to get custody of my child i never expected the little problem to be such a pain in the bum. I couldn't even go for my daily fish. So I used this to mount my 3 week old child to the my kayak so that I can go fishing when the wife is at work. I found that I could hover him over the water and he is completely out of the way. I have accidentally hookset into him many times when I think im on to a biggin and it is quite disspointing so I need to pay more attention but overall great product.
