The extra inches of the 7-inch Jerk Shad will attract just about any predatory species that swims and eats small baitfish - cobia, samson fish, kingfish, trevally, golden snapper, tuna, barra, jewfish, and big flathead. Even a sailfish has been taken on Gulp Jerk Shads.This is fantastic soft bait for larger species in the bluewater and estuaries, and they are also extremely effective while casting into the washes off the rocks, or deep gutters on the beach.
Reef fish to pelagics can’t resist the combination of baitfish profile - Gulp scent and darting, fluttering, wounded baitfish action that can be created with a simple, jerking retrieve technique.
