Blade or vibe-style lures are all the rage at the moment. With its ABS body construction, BLN tournament trebles and forged stainless steel split rings, the Savage Vibra 4cm prey is one that you need in your tackle box. This sinking, vibrating lure can be cast a mile, and jigged off the bottom in deep freshwater lakes and dams, or you could try them in deep estuaries, bays and close off-shore reefs for flathead, trevally, bream, bass and perch.
You could also try casting it out over shallow flats, and slowly frog-hopping it back to you, remembering to work the lure as slow as you can. The Vibra is ideal for working down the front of breakwall or steep rocky shoreline, and beside deep structure.
You could also try slow trolling (2-3 knots) this lure, as the shimmy that it gives off will attract predators from afar. A lure to have in your tackle boxes when you need to go deep.
