The Savage 3D Fly Shrimp are so life-like that freshwater fish like trout, cod, perch and bass are trying to jump out of the water to get at them. You could suspend them under a float, cast them out unweighted, and fish them like a bait, or lightly weight them and work them in and around boulders in dams and lakes.
You could also try rigging them unweighted and flicking them upstream in a river, creek or stream, allowing them to bounce along the bottom with the current. The claws look so realistic that they may bite you! If you find that you are getting bites but they are not hooking up, try cutting off the nippers and shortening the length .
The next time you go freshwater fishing, look out for the Savage 3D Fly Shrimp.
