Where's my order?
You can track your order status any time at the Track and Trace page.

Can I order online and pick up from my local store?
Yes! You can shop online and pick up in store. For more info please read our guide on the click and collect option.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Your order time will depend on what delivery option you have selected at the checkout. Deliveries may be delayed around peak trading times such as Christmas. Please take note of any order deliver time announcements displayed on the website. Generally for metropolitan locations delivery times will be between 3-5 working days. For regional areas, delivery times may be longer and remote areas may be substantially longer.

Can I return a product bought Online to my local store?

Are your Online prices the same as in your stores?

Both stores and online offer our customers unique specials and some variances will exisit between the prices advertised online and those found in store. For example Web only specials are for online store only and similalry managers discretionary specials may be applicable to an individual location. In addtion, some products may incur a delivery and handling surcharge in certain areas. Therefore small variations will exist.

How much is the freight charge?

Freight is calculated according to your postcode and the volume, weight and dimensions of the products within the shopping cart.

Can I use a BCF Gift Card to purchase online?
Yes you can use a BCF Gift Card to purchase online. How good is that?

Can I change my order after I have received a confirmation email?
Unfortunately we can only cancel orders in their entirety once confirmed and cannot simply amend it.

Can I have my order sent to my place of work?
Yes. When you place an order you are asked to enter the shipping details if different from contact details.

Can I layby at BCF?
Yes you can but layby is only avaibale in our pyhsical stores.

Can I buy a product online and send it to someone as a gift?
Yes you can send your order to someone else however the invoice will be included with parcel.

How do I know what size of shoe or clothing I am??
BCF uses U.S. sizing where applicable. Variations will ultimaltey occur across different manufactuers and brands.

Can I setup an account or receive a quote on a bulk order?
You can setup a business account by registering your interest on the below enquiry form. A representative will then be in contact.
