Dirt and water are practically unavoidable in stored fuel causing microbial growth, corrosive acids, electrolysis and rust. These contaminants can plug filters, corrode components, decrease combustion efficiency and potentially cause engine shutdown or system failure. Mr Funnel has developed a new range of heavy duty, fast flow funnels that have a unique built in filter.
Constructed from fluoropolymer coated stainless steel, this unique filter not only prevents dirt and debris from entering your fuel system but also removes water. The sump area of Mr Funnel then collects the deflected water and debris for easy disposal.
Mr Funnel is constructed from black anti-static polypropylene and is suitable for petrol, diesel, heating oil, kerosene and 2 stroke. It comes in four different anti-static models with the primary difference between them all being flow rate. The F1 and F3 are ideal for transferring 20L or less of fuel, over 20L and the F8 and F15 are the right choice. The F15 is the fastest flow model at up to 56L per minute, making it suitable for use at the fuel pump.
