Steve Doyle - Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Steve has the overall responsibility for the everyday running and management of the BCF business.
Nat Cooper – Merchandise Manager
Nat manages the Category Management Team and is responsible for the Ranging, Pricing, Procurement and Inventory management of products in all BCF stores.
Kevin McAulay– Marketing Manager
Kevin and the Marketing team handle the advertising of BCF through such media as TV, Press, Radio, Catalogues, Internet and Point of Sale Material.
Hayley Schipper– Administration Manager
Hayley co-ordinates and implements the development of company policies and procedures and also works on BCF project management.
Ross Matthews – Category Manager
Ross manages the Boating, Trailer, 4x4, Electrical and Tool categories. Ross is responsible for Ranging, Pricing, Procurement and Inventory management of these products in BCF stores.
Gordon Wood – Category Manager
Gordon manages the Camping, Apparel and Media categories. Gordon is responsible for Ranging, Pricing, Procurement and Inventory management of these products in BCF stores.
Chris Lude – Category Manager
Chris manages the Fishing category. Chris is responsible for Ranging, Pricing, Procurement and Inventory management of these products in BCF stores.
